The detached house is located on an elongated plot close to the suburb’s boundaries.

The plot spreads to a great depth and has a gradual slope with very interesting endemic vegetation that extends to the nearby municipal grove.

The programme of the building consists of three levels.

The ground floor accommodates the daily functions and overlooks the garden and the swimming pool, as well as the children’s rooms. The first floor includes the living room and dining room, with a view of Mount Parnitha, as well as the parents’ bedrooms. The basement houses the supporting facilities (gym, garages, storerooms, etc.).

The building unfolds linearly along the plot. This way, it forms a back to the very bulky adjacent complex to the south, which is located on a higher level and extends over a great length and, in addition, it opens a large front to the garden from the ground floor and to the faraway view from the first floor.
