The block of flats is located on a quiet, tree-lined street at a crossroads of the city and has an open view. The plot is the result of two smaller plots being merged, thus offering more space and allowing for greater flexibility in terms of organization.

The building is located on the east side of the plot as the courtyard on the west side is yielded to public use. At the same time, it is adjacent to the northern boundary, in order to leave as much space as possible towards the crossroads, which allows the city to breathe.

The building is divided into two prismatic volumes that are joined by a common staircase. The flats do not follow the standard design as they are either single or double storey and come in different forms.
