The house is located on the eastern side of the island which is shaped by its characteristic topography. Stone terraces and oak trees that go all the way down to the sea are the main elements of this landscape.

The house is placed parallel to the elevations and overlooks the sea. The high walls erected at the back of the house act as retaining walls. The design concept is quite straightforward, consisting of a living room with a kitchen, a cellar, two bedrooms and their bathrooms. The communal living space develops like a simple shed between the two bedrooms.
