The east side of the island of Antiparos overlooks the island of Paros. The narrow strip of sea creates a very interesting dynamic, full of life, which changes during the day, depending on the season. As the plot is located on a hill at a short distance from the sea, it is protected from the nuisance caused by the coastal road.

The residence is designed in two sections: the main section includes the residence itself, while the second consists of the guesthouses and the swimming pool. The main house is developed along a linear corridor. The design concept centres upon independent stone-built volumes. The pergolas become spaces in their own right and are used for outdoor activities.
