2020 – 2022

The plot is on a steep slope, overlooking the bay of Tolo, only a few kilometres away from Nafplio. It is located close to the settlement, an area which has been a popular holiday destination, especially in the previous decades.

The programme calls for the design of three small independent residences with two bedrooms, their common areas and their swimming pools.

The morphology of the plot led somewhat univocally to the architectural proposal. Each residence consists of two levels: an upper level, with a communal living space which opens up to a small courtyard and the pool, and a lower level with the bedroom, which has its own small courtyard. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. An external low-angle staircase connects the three residences.

Each residence faces the horizon where the sun sets and overlooks the rooftops of the residence below it, making them the main facade of the complex.
