The proposal involves the renovation and extension of a factory plant. The existing building, constructed four decades ago, has undergone many changes as it had to accommodate a variety of industrial units. The goal was to renovate it so that it could integrate new production requirements and to expand it in order to create storage facilities and educational spaces.

The idea behind the expansion of the storage facilities was that the size and rhythm of the building would be maintained, while the educational space would be constructed as an independent unit. The whole retains the industrial components of the original design: visible static load carrier, large glazing, external sun protection elements.
