The project involves the redesign and completion of an unfinished construction. The building is situated on a commercial street with heavy traffic.

Apart from the lack of infrastructure, the building also had several decorative elements that needed to be removed without affecting its load bearing structure. The aim was to accommodate the activities of a new retail store. The required ancillary areas were added, the required infrastructure was put in place, a loft was created in the two-storey area of the ground floor and the facades of the building were given a softer edge.
