Under Construction

The proposal involves the creation of a small hotel on the east side of the island. The plot has an oblong plan with the narrow side being very close to the sandy coastline. It is proposed that the old active vineyard, which adds a special touch to the plot, remain intact.

The building is placed far from the coastline and is limited by the vineyard. The communal areas are placed to the east overlooking the sea, the guesthouses face north towards the vineyard, which serves as a private courtyard, while additional rooms are placed to the south. On the first floor, the two large rooms have panoramic sea views. The composition is completed by the swimming pool and the pergola.
