Office building
Agia Paraskevi

2021

The building, which was intended to be occupied by an engineering office, is very close to a major highway.

It was constructed three decades ago, showed obvious signs of wear, and had several unexploited and dysfunctional spaces.

Interventions were performed on the entire building. The required enhancements and partitions were made in the superstructure so that it may function as a modern office. The backyard was redesigned to accommodate employees on their break or at outdoor meetings. The basement was radically renovated to accommodate the meeting room and the employee kitchen area. The spaces were organized differently, the infrastructure and the finishes were changed and holes were opened on the roof and to the garden in order to bring natural light into the spaces, while some furniture and desks were also designed.
