The plot is situated in the south-eastern part of the island, where property development has so far been moderate. On the plot, there are various buildings that have been erected over several decades.

The idea was to create a meeting place around a swimming pool that would bring together residents and guests, in a somewhat secluded and quiet environment.

The distinctive topography of the plot led to the solution of a linear development, which organizes the individual ancillary functions in a straight line behind the pool, in front and behind a large pergola: the play area, the lounge, the dining table, the kitchens, the showers, and the storage spaces.
