2017 – 2020

This project is a ten storey residential building located in the centre of in Athens consisting of 19 two to three bedroom apartments with basement parking and a green terrace.

It is orientated parallel to an adjacent park and all 19 apartments have private balconies and enjoy views of the Acropolis, the Lycabetus hill and the park.

Particular attention is paid to exterior extensions in the form of shaded balconies, allowing residents to occupy the outside space and benefit from naturally ventilated apartments.

On the upper level there is a private roof garden for the pent house and a public one, both surrounded by vegetation and views of the city.
