2018 – 2019

The plot is situated at the far end of the historic old port of Spetses.

The port has a distinctive character, thanks to the old structures and the wooden boats, despite the modern –and not so neat– buildings.

Due to both the shape of the plot and the tradition of the island, the house is designed as one wing, a simple prism, like many other buildings on the island.

The flatness of the facade, the rhythm of the openings, the lack of any particular decorative elements, are all part of the history of the island.
