The villa is located in the heart of the Navarino resort, onto the golf course and within easy walking distance of all main facilities and just a few meters from The Dunes Beach.

An exploration of a composition with volumes, noble materials, courtyard, green roof and blurring of limits creates a design with great simplicity and in harmony with the landscape.

The four distinct areas, living area, master bedroom, entrance and the two bedrooms that consist the house are isolated but unified around a courtyard which weaves further the rooms with the outdoors. Α covered terrace that opens up to the pool and the garden acts as an extension of the living area and large windows frame the views and give natural abundant light. The garden planted with native vegetation and almost connected with the golf course makes the outdoor space seem endless.
